Rock Cornish Game Hens with Rice “Stuffing”
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup uncooked long grain rice
- 3 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 3 Rock Cornish hens
- tbs honey
- salt and pepper to taste
- In an 9×11 baking dish, combine broth, rice, celery, onion, and garlic salt.
- Place hens on rice mixture and brush with honey. Sprinkle with pepper and and salt. Cover and bake at 350 degrees or 1 hr. Uncover and bake 45-60 minutes longer or until juices run clear.
